Sometime’s its difficult to process all of the disharmony in the world. The clear needs – the things that need remedied.
The little things, the big things.
The environment, the humanitarian causes, civil rights, personal cases… Its never ending.
As an empath and the type of person that wants to help create harmony in the world, it’s difficult sometimes. It’s overwhelming. You raise awareness for one cause for 12 more to pop up. You host events, you share information – some of it falls on deaf ears, some of it resounds. But one donation, one person changing their mindset on something is a victory.
There are many little victories in being someone who tries to bring light and harmony in the world, but there are many failures.
It’s hard to bring it all out without diluting it. It’s hard to plan for timing and content and continually create top of mind awareness on little things when people have SO MANY OTHER things going.
But when it pains you to watch others need or live without help – you know sometimes you just have to keep stretching yourself to make it happen – and know that it’s all going to be fine, because no matter what personal issues you have – your light is your light, and it’s your responsibility. Because if you don’t, who will?
What a burden Batman must have had – seeing that light, knowing he just had to get up and do it again. One more life to save.
Surely he was never weighed down by his continual need to save those around him that couldn’t save themselves.
Surely when he found himself, face to face once again with his own villain, he didn’t think twice about saving everyone else.
When you’re a hero, no one really asks you if you’re okay.
But you gotta keep on, because they can’t save the world without you.
As heroes its our job to keep helping.
If you’re gonna act the part – you’ve got to do it all the way.
Just make sure you take care of yourself along the way.
You never saw Super Man running into a burning building with a cold, right?
